I’ve read about this multiple places. Its one thing to increase taxes a small amount when necessary, it’s another to do it 1900%, thereby destroying some of the best craft brewers in the country. Not only that, if you think about the economics in this, it probably would end up being a net-zero tax. You can’t raise taxes this much on such a non-commodity good without it hurting...
